An historic oasis of peace close to the centre of a city which is becoming increasingly busy and polluted. The restoration has been sympathetic. Well worth a visit. The cafe has good coffee and good Sachertorte although the latter is very calorie-heavy. You have been...More

Nice garden in central Kathmandu, a pleasant resting place, in striking contrast with the often hectic traffic and activity in the streets nearby. Has some nice restaurants and bars, but expensive in comparison to what you can find just outside.

A pleasant garden Oasis in the middle of a manic city. It seemed to be a popular spot for girls taking photos for their instagram accounts. Lots of tiny squirrels climbing through the trees were interesting to observe.

I was hoping for more of a botanical garden. Seemed to be more of a place where teenagers went on dates. My friend and I did enjoy photo bombing some people.
