Here at Simply Bhutan, you can see the culture and tradition of Bhutan through household tools and other items of Bhutanese origin. You can also have a sumptuous lunch of Bhutanese cuisines

If you want to get a quick understanding of the Bhutan culture, it's past lifestyle and arts then this is a good place to go to.

There is an entrance fee that one has to pay and you will be assigned a local guide.

The place has a few shops where artifacts and handicrafts can be purchased.

This place is built in about 10,000 sq. ft. of area.
The cost of entry ticket for an Indian tourist is Rs. 300/- which includes all the sectors visit and a cup of local tea (butter tea) and a local wine. You can see and understand the old Bhutanese culture.
You can see some shops of hand made items like bags, backpack, scarfs, sovereign etc, you can buy here at a reasonable price after some bargain. There is a restaurant too.
The place is nice and beautifully managed.
I can recommend - must visit.

Simply Bhutan is called a museum, but is only partly one. While it depicts the life of the Bhutanese, it shows them as they are going about their activities in their natural environment. In this respect, it is a very interactive museum indeed.

The museum occupies a small area, but the youth who run it, are very active and full of energy. They guided us well and answered all our queries with a smile. We were first taken into a small room and given some local rice wine to have. The, we saw their traditional equipment used for agriculture and cooking.

We were also treated to a traditional Bhutanese dance and song. We were amazed to see a disabled artist who painted some wonderful sketches using his feet. We also tried our hands at a game of archery, Bhutan's traditional sport and it was great fun.

Lastly, one should also try the local cuisine here. Though spicy, it was extremely tasty and gave a very homely feel. The cost of eating here is separate from the entry fees to the place, which is Ng 300. Nonetheless, it was a very good experience for us.
