The place to visit if you area Christian. The Cathedral is set on one of Kampala's hill and is a prominent beacon for Christianity.

I think they wanted $10 just to take a look around. Considering most churches are free around the world, this seems a bit much. But, an absolutely gorgeous building, especially compared to most of the tin or concrete churches around.

Worth the walk up from the city - very calm - interesting building. The cathedral is well maintained. There are great views over the city and it's also worth the short walk to the Uganda Art GAllery near by.
