Visited here several times while in Kigali and enjoyed.Wide variety of books available to buy and nice area to sit at the top to enjoy refreshments but beware of the low ceiling at the top of the stairs as you go up.

One of good library in Kigali Kacyiru, if you want to browse books, is the one for better books, they will help you, there is closer coffee shops like inzora rooftup, cobbs coffee and restaurant and The coffee Break Kacyiru BHC Building.

The place is ideal to go and read for a while or work on your computer. Teas are pretty good so are the sandwichs. It has a nice view of Kigali
