Good services in terms of facilities and catering. The management staff are professional and responds to customer’s requests immediately where possible. The main restaurant however needs expansion to be able to cater for large numbers of people attending workshops and conferences as there are normally several of them happening concurrently.…

Great facility
The facility is very good and the views are awesome. Only draw back was the service at times, there is room for improvement in this area. Right from the reception to the room service, it feels like some of the staff are demotivated, from the way they respond and talk to clients.

Avani Lesotho a place to go to for your business meetings. It has the best view of Maseru. Great service and friendly staff. It has more than enough space for parking.
