The security was rude the roads were bad and unsafe - when we eventually arrived the security said you can't go in Do t waste your time

Interesting spot for a visit especially when it is 95% full. Something that has not happened in a long time. The February rains hae swelled the upstream rivers resulting in the ustream dams being full and the overflow now making its way into the Gaborone...More

The dam is huge and has amazing view if you're standing on the Yatch Club Balcony, I love the fact that you can self drive around it & enjoy the view at your own peace

There is two areas to go to, yacht club or the dame itself. Yacht club is good and popular, the dam itself is dangerous and should be visited with big caution

Beautifully positioned area south of the city centre but so, so wasted. Not for visitors as trying to organise the necessary permits to get into this area is extremely difficult and time consuming. Gate staff are hostile unfriendly and unwelcoming not encouraging visitors. Road to...More
