There's a panoramic view at the top most part of the area. Exhibits are interesting so one could spend an hour or two here. Minimal fee for visitors

Nothing is in English but with a decent guide book you know what is going on. Wonderfully preserved and magnificent view of the city. Highly recommended.

This old fort is one of the best spots in Luanda. Located on top of a small mountain with a great view to the waterfront and the city ... for sure the most amazing view of Angolas capital.
