One of the best views over Luanda Marginal, and the easiest to visit. The entrance costs 100AKZ per visitor, and its a must visit spot. Has some (not too) old military vehicles and a few status from the Portuguese period.

The fort is very well kept, and holds a very interesting collection of war vehicles and guns. Inside the fort you can see very beautiful Portuguese tiles showing part of the local history, and artifacts from local tribes, with their history. Marvelous for kids!

Cost me next to nothing to get in. It was nice to walk around for a bit and take in the view. This is a military museum with a number of cars, cannons, etc. All in Portuguese, so I didn’t understand the narrative much. That...More

Good history, old military planes, cannons, etc. Its a nice walk up the hill from the Marginal. After visiting here head to the Ilha for a good meal.

Forts come and go. This one is littered with cannons. There is a nice display of captured S African weapons, together with some juicy epithets.

I'm not a very big fan of museums to be honest but this one was actually fun to be in. There is a lot of space for the kids to run around without breaking anything. Since it was a fortress, there all of these little...More

Its the old colonial fort overlooking luanda. It's been redone and now open to tourists at a very low price. Great views, great fotos and learn some of the history of Angola. Make sure to get the iconic picture of you holding the hand of...More

I'm not sure. I believe it is open but I can not assure it is. However, even if it's closed, you will not waste your time going there, since there are some interesting displays of war vehicles, two war airplanes, and wall... More
