Had the chance to walk around the area for a few hours and absolutely loved it. This is one of the most beautiful places on earth with such a flair about it. The constant rainbows and the peacefulness makes this place one of a kind. We can't wait to go back.

This is a wonderful park to visit and easy to do on your own so do not hire any guides. I recommend staying on.tje Zambia side.and day tripping over since most activities.other than this park are on the Zambian side.

The water flow over the falls varies on the time of year and the rain fall that occured the previous months in the catchment area, so check up before you book if you want to see an impressive falls. The date given as when I travelled is incorrect as I've visited the falls many times over the years, and you... More

Our second time walking/viewing the falls & although a little drier this time .....still an amazing sight to behold. Walking distance from the Victoria Falls Hotel through a private path. Entry fee is $30 US for non residents. They do take credit cards too. Spent approx 90mins walking, photographing & filming the sights. Vervet monkeys are present so watch your... More

A natural wonder that is a must visit, even in the lower water time of year. The walk along the Zimbabwean side is very well done with good pathways and warnings not go too close to the edge. Simply beautiful.

Amazing sight at any time of year though it's best in late summer & fall (you can get soaked in the spray in the high water season) Not as much access from the Zimbabwe side - you walk along the top of the opposite cliff, and you need a seperate Zambia visa & a more expensive multi-entry Zimbabwe one (which... No need for a guide to fully experience the falls. Stunning site. Go during low water season to minimize spray.

We viewed the falls in the dry season but they are still majestic and beautiful. Gentle walk viewing the different sections of the falls and very nice shops and restaurant at the entrance.

Beautiful views of the falls and the flora and fauna around the falls. We took a two hour guided tour, but you can go on you own.

This is, of course, the reason for going to Victoria Falls. You can do the walk on your own, no need to pay for a guided tour. I went in the early afternoon and again in the late afternoon. The rainbows at the latter time were fantastic and there were fewer people.
