We very much enjoyed our safari with joining safaris! They were always right on time and well prepared. We booked a 4-day private tour which was adjusted to all our wishes. Our guide had a lot of knowledge and made sure we had the best viewpoints to see the animals, without blocking the view of other cars. He was very friendly, hard working and would spot animals from crazy distances. Moreover he would always knew how to fix a stressfull situation. We also had a private masterchef and he prepared the best meals of Tanzania! I have stayed in tanzania for a few months but this was by far the best breakfast, lunch and dinner I had during my whole stay. We would definitely recommend a safari with joining safari’s if you are looking for a great safari that is adjusted according to all your personal wishes.

From the initial enquiry sent by email to meeting Erick in Tanzania, we couldn’t have asked for a more professional company.
We had the most amazing time on safari with Rasheed and Miko. Rasheed is such an asset to the company, he was the perfect guide, his understanding and respect for nature and love of the land shone through, and for us both made our experience absolutely perfect, we felt extremely humbled by the beauty of the land, culture and nature he shared with us, and have made life time memories.

We made a wonderful 21 days self driving safari with a Toyota Landcruiser and rooftop tent organized by Erick from Joining Safaris, and it was just the perfect choice! Erick planned the itinerary for our trip to Arusha NP, Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Lake Manyara and back to Arusha, he organized all the permits for the national parks for us, so that we had no waiting time at the gates. He was allways available when we needed help or assistance. We spent a once in a lifetime trip and would do it again just the same way. My most recent trip to Tanzania we went to Arusha national park and did a walking safari. It was so much fun walking in the midst of giraffes and other grazing animals. I had already seen the big 5 and the crater but this was so nice to be walking with the animals. We watched two adolescent male giraffes playing at "necking". Not what you might think. It is a way of fighting. But they really enjoyed play fighting.
Eric and his company have always been the best. He has shown me many parts of Tanzania and is always proper and thoughtful. I have traveled with larger groups, arranged business travel, and traveled solo. It is always enjoyable and very professional. Eric would do anything for travelers to make sure their trips are safe and enjoyable.

Many thanks to Erick and the ‘Joining Safaris’ team who organized a great safari trip for us. We visited the Tanzania National Parks for 3 weeks. We were lucky to see the spectacular “great migration” with thousands of wildebeests, zebras and gazelles. At one of our special campsites we were almost surrounded by them which was a very nice adventure.
A car with a roof top tent and the appropriate permits have been organized for us by Erick (we drove the car ourselves). He was always available and contactable and most helpful whenever we needed assistance. We very much recommend Erick and his team – this holiday was such a pleasure and great experience!

It was undoubtedly a dream come true experience for me! I loved every bit of the journey. To begin with, the director Erick was amazing to communicate and plan the trip for me. I was introduced to Erick by a very dear friend of mine. As I was planning for a solo trek, I had many questions but Erick was always very patient and friendly to answer all of my questions. He came to pick me up and gave an warm welcome upon my arrival! Erick encouraged me when I was giving second thought and was doubting myself for the climb. I decided to do a The team made sure that I am accompanied by the best team as it has been a dream for me to climb Kilimanjaro. Indeed I was accompanied by the best guide- Frumance, porters and cook. The team took care of me throughout the whole journey. The food was amazing. The team made sure that I feel safe even when I was feeling unwell due to the high altitude. Our guide Frumance and porter Framer accompanied me to the top and became my strength while reaching the top. It was indeed one of the most beautiful mornings of my life. It would have never been possible with the support of the team. Even I was climbing solo with the team, I never felt unsafe even for a single moment. Moreover, the team made feel like they will save me from any kind of difficulties might have happened on the way. I am really very thankful to Erick, Joining Safari and team for great arrangements and helping me to make my dream of climbing Kilimanjaro true! I would highly recommend Joining Safari to my friends, to groups and of course the solo travellers. Thank you Erick and Joining Safari and best wishes from Bangladesh!

Dear Eric, dear Rashid,
Safari - it is definatelly a must till you stay in Tansania.
My two friends organize the Perfect tour for us. After they Picked us up on the JRO Airport we drove to tarangire national park. The Park was not overcrowded so we could enjoy the silence of the nature and the movements of the fantastic animals.
We love our Place we slept. They offered us the unique posibility to slep in a tent camp with fresh traditional african food.
The Highlight was visiting Ngorongoro crater. It is such a huge place on Earth. We could see all the animals, concentrating natural in the crater. All the beautiful animals we only knew of Zoo live there together in untouched nature.

We used Joining Safaris for both our 7 day Kilimanjaro trek and 5 day safari. I was a bit nervous choosing a climbing company because of how many options there are but 10/10 would recommend Joining Safaris! Erik was so helpful and communicative- answered my hundreds of questions and the quote was very reasonable. He even brought us an outlet converter and flu medication. The food was exceptional, crew was amazing, tent and rented gear was great and high quality, and our guides Jihad and Flumance were incredible. We wouldn’t have been able to summit without them - very knowledgeable and took safety very seriously. The safari guide Emmanuel was also amazing - so patient and funny and helped us spot all the animals. 10/10 company, would absolutely recommend.

If you don’t have the time or funds to summit Kili, worry not! Eric offers an unparalleled day trek through rainforest via the Marangu route. This is a great teaser with a chance to see Blue Monkeys along the way plus a stunning crater past Mandara Hut that also serves as a perfect picnic spot before your descent. Worth every dollar! Be ready to sing!

We did a 3 day safari through Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara. All three mega beautiful and different national parks.
The best and liked Tarangire, because you could observe a lot of different animals here also from the near. Our highlight was to see 9 lions directly with us all alone! At the Ngorogoro Crater, a lot of animals could be seen over a wide area. Lake Manyara was scenically more like a jungle, but it was also harder to see the animals.
Our tour guide Christopher was very competent and also saw animals from a distance and made us feel like we were the only ones in the national park.
Food was also very good, we camped at a campsite. There everything was very clean and we had a personal chef with us who cooked us very delicious food in the morning, lunch and evening. Also vegetarian!
All in all a very nice time with great impressions!
