We did a private 6 day safari from Arusha to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire parks with a night in Arusha at the beginning and end. Mansoor was great in helping us with the itinerary and recommendations and with all our suggested changes. Our guide on the safari was Victor and he was fantastic and made the experience even more memorable for the 4 of us with his knowledge, enthusiasm and hard work.To top it off he managed to bag the “Big 5’ for us whilst in the Serengeti. Can’t recommend Victor, Mansoor and African Pangolin Safaris enough- just book with them and you won’t regret it.

We are a family of five, including three young children aged 4,7 and 10 who spent our fall break in Ruaha National Park together with African Pangolin Safaris (https://africanpangolinsafaris.com/) 11-15 Oct 2021. We knew what we wanted and explained that to Mansoor Mohamed (africanpangolinsafaris@gmail.com) who arranged for everything, including different accommodation options. He was very responsive and we got exactly what we asked for. We started and ended our trip in Iringa where we were picked up by African Pangolin driver Yunus, a knowledgeable guide, good driver on and off road and overall a very pleasant guy to spend time with. He very patiently answered the kids' questions about the family lives of different mammals and took very good care of us. We saw lots of wildlife including two leopard sightings and Yunus found me excellent camera angles. We spent 4 nights at Asanja Ruaha camp inside the park. Beautiful bandas, relaxed atmosphere and good food in a beautiful setting. We are very happy we opted for African Pangolin Safaris.

Great value for price. Right from the beginning the communication was great with Mansoor Mohamed, friendly but also professional. We needed to make adjustments to our tour dates short before our trip, which he kindly arranged without any problems. Our tour guide Serafino was amazing. His English was great and he had a lot to tell about the environment and animals all throughout our journey. In the beginning of our safari there was a problem with our car but he found creative ways to work around it and we still got the full safari experience we payed for. Our meals were always at a restaurant in the campsite, delicious and big portions. The bandas and the restaurant are located right next to the Great Ruaha River, so you get to observe many animals from there already. During our safari we saw giraffes, elephants, zebras, buffaloes, crocodiles, hippos, dikdiks, antilopes, warthogs, eagles, a big pride of lions and a leopard. I did see more animals in total in Serengeti-Ngorongoro, but we preferred to come to Ruaha at this time of the year since the national parks in the North get very crowded and in the end in Ruaha we never felt like it was crowded, was most of the time the only car next to the animals and got to see some of the animals a lot closer than I did in the North.
To me this was a perfect honest safari experience. I have two other experiences of safaris in different locations in Tanzania, and this was the most pleasant experience I had with a company. Serafino took great care of us, even helped us with getting bus tickets in Iringa and Baobab seeds from the market. I would highly recommend working with this company!

It was very well organized by an experienced and skillful diver. He was taking care of each detail. The hotels in which we've stayed were well and thoughtfully chosen. Shopping areas were also reliable places with good prices.

Let me start by saying that I have done several safaris, this time I organized our trip for 8 people directly from Italy with Pangolin Tour (departure by car from Dar Es Salaam, Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater).
Mohamed Mansoor (owner) immediately showed himself to be serious and competent.
He responded promptly, via WhatsApp, to all doubts... always present for any clarification!
Having welcomed Dar Es Salaam, my group and I noted the excellent maintenance (new tires for example) of the vehicles on which we will travel.
The drivers Vikto and Mohamed proved to be very skilled in driving and also in spotting (having seen all the Big 5!)
The overnight stays were above expectations (especially the Narudi tented camp in Serengeti - dreamlike!!!)
All at fair prices compared to the competition.
I highly recommend it, above average professionals.

We recently did a 4 night safari with African Pangolin Safaris as a family of 5. I would absolutely recommend them for a quality budget safari. We chose them as their quote was very reasonable compared to other budget safaris but their service and response to questions was excellent prior to going. Our driver Michael was great- kind, professional and a very safe driver! The experience was amazing. I have always wanted to visit Ruaha as it is a little more remote than other parks. We drove from Dar and spent 1 night Mikumi, 2 nights Ruaha and a final night in Mikumi before heading back to Dar. Game drives were great- we saw so much, the highlight was a pride of lions and a leopard. Driving was long but the drive between Mikumi and Ruaha is absolutely spectacular through the Udzungwa mountains. We stayed in Ruaha Hilltop lodge- wonderful service and breathtaking views - and Bastian camp in Mikumi which I would also definitely recommend. If I did this trip again I would possibly do 2 nights together in Mikumi and 2 nights in Ruaha and then fly back to Dar from Iringa as the drive back felt a little too long. Honestly, an incredible and magical experience for our family.

I travel with my family this January visiting 2 different parks. Mikumi NP and Udzungwa Mountain NP. The arrangements was amazing. Staying in Mikumi NP Banda which is located inside the park was a nice experience especially when we saw different wild animals like giraffes 🦒,. Elephants 🐘, Zebras 🦓, monkeys 🐒 walking around our Banda. This is the best moments for my family to remember. Many thanks to African Pangolin Safaris team for arranging this safari for us. We highly recommend this company for your safari in Tanzania.

Before the safari:
The communication with Mansoor was excellent and easy, he has been very transparent.
During the safari:
Mansoor is an excellent driver, very knowledgeable on the environment, really respectful, and very kind.
Everything was so easy with him, great recommandation for food and accommodation.
We couldn't recommend him more, and will happily work with him again.

We have done a 6 days personalised tour in Tarangire, Serengheti and Ngorongoro with African Pangolin Safaris.
All the two guides are very well prepared, we could see all animals, included the big 5!
They were very kind, caring and helpful.
We had a really nice, personalised and unique experience in Tanzania with Mohamed and Vikto!

We had an opportunity to enjoy a 4days tour in Mikumi NP and Udzungwa mountains NP. And i have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Mansoor is a great guy who organised everything perfectly for us, communication with him was a pleasure. Living and service inside of the Mikumi's park was great. We felt very comfy and all the people were very nice to us. The biggest thanks goes to Yunus - your guide. He's a very friendly person and realy took care of us for all the time. He's got a great feeling for the animals so he showed us exactly what we we wished to see. It was unforgettable to see a natural behavior of all the animals in Mikumi NP and also we loved to swim under the waterfalls in the rain forest, all alone without the tourist!
