Nice to walk around and you can explore as much or little as you like.

We spent 2 evenings here, and found the place to be perfect to be with the crowd, noise and enjoy all the entertainment going around the place. Also stall food is great. Must place to go if in marrakesh.

Visit spoils by motor bikes shooting around the narrow souk, quite frightening & visited during the morning.

Found this to be cleaner than many other souks I've visited and with a few main streets not difficult to navigate. I was surprised we weren't pestered more but a polite no seemed to work a treat. It was fun shopping but beware it will take a while whilst you haggle!

A very busy place to visit so have your wits about you. The market stalls go on and on for what seems forever which is good for bargaining power but stay with a guide as you will get lost. Be aware that the walkways are narrow and are frequented by mopeds often carrying a wide trailer at speed, this is... More

Souks of Marrakech is one of a kind... The haggle to get an item at a great price is part of the fun - and expected by the locals (shop owners)... Was surprised by the price of leather goods... Really enjoyed and recommended!

Lots to see and shop till you drop but remember bartering is the name of the game. They ask for 100 dirhams you offer 30. Walk away they soon call you back if they want the sale. Don't worry if they don't because there is always a hundred other places that sell the same. I heard that the rule is... More

I love walking in the souks of Marrakech! Just smile, complement the merchandise and the shop owners, and smile and relax when making deals. Never pay full price, and never insult shop owners. The colors and smells are amazing. Get lost in the maze, and ask for directions to the central square when you are ready to re-join the world.
