Lovely to get away from the hussle and bustle of the square. Some interesting art exibitions and a fabulous view of the mountains and city from the terrace. Worth a visit

they are doing some work but it's still a nice, peaceful place to visit. walk underground corridors and then above through the different areas of the grounds. climb up for lovely views over the medina.

The palace itself it's a ruin and the palace area is under rehabilitation. However, there is a terrace on one corner of the palace that gives an awesome view over Marrakesh and Atlas mountains. There are exhibitions inside too.

Really nice place to visit even though we struggled to find it - you get these kids outside the palace trying to confuse you and show you the wrong direction, it is not what you want in the hot sun. There is no shade inside...More

The place is pretty impressive, huge grounds, nice exhibition space at the far end but the best thing are the nesting storks that casually fly overhead.

The fee is 20 Dirham, approx. 2 euro. Ask for the ticket. or else you will be supporting the guy's family. ;-)

if you go by taxy , do bargain i hired a privet taxi for all day. and it was quit cheap and easy for me.
