Center of the city

Expansive square, but under lots of construction when we visited. Many bland government buildings but lots of people watching, especially the watermen who charge for a picture.

Large square with a huge population of pigeons, fed by locals. The buildings around the square are interesting. A great place to while away time.

A bit of a disappointment as most of it is under renovation. It was also full of pigeons. A few Berber water sellers in the square obviously only for the tourists. You have to tip them to take a photo

No character. This square has nothing interesting, either culturally or history that I could see. We were so disappointed after enjoying the interesting buzz in Marrakesh. Don't waste your time.

It appears they are making improvements. The main attraction appears to be pigeons at the present time. Near main Posted and tourist information center.

Only went there as the cruise I was on stopped there for a few hours. Beware of taking photographs of people you will have to pay them. Wasn't there long enough to comment further but I don't have any desire to return. Interesting enough though as a country I have never been to.

Casablanca doesn't offer much in the way of tourist attractions, but this is among the better ones. Pigeons have pretty much decided to roost/live/strut here nonstop all day (and night).

Ive seen better fountains in duck ponds. ! The pigeons love this one, so if you like pigeons there must be as many of them here as there was in Trafalgar Square. Not exactly bursting with excitement or anything else. Damp squib of an attraction. Dont bother you will only be disappointed. Few peddlars selling cigarettes and playing with Monkeys.... More
