Chicago Premium Outlets is a good place to go shopping with the nice feature of being outside while roaming through different stores.

Some good deals some not, i am sure they change their specials and there are probably hundreds of stores, too many to count. They have everything. Parking gets busy after 11am but thats every outlet. Worth a trip if you are nearby

Lovely out door mall. Full of wonderful bargains. Attractive buildings easy to walk around. Only negative is places to eat. Really quite down market.

Same great SIMON outlet retailers. 2 drawbacks. Limited food choices and difficult access to the mall.

I've purchased items from here, but do be aware that the stores are in the center; parking is around the perimeter. Therefore, you will need to do a fair amount of walking.

I don't recall any chairs, electric or push but they might. They do have a shuttle that you can ride through with a guided tour. Then, you can go back through in your vehicle after that, too. Enjoy!
