Thumb it- Seriously. We hiked down it- it really isnt that bad unless you are in crappy shape. But if you need a ride wait at the top with your hitch hiking thumb out.

The Hi'ilawe falls are visible from many points in the valley but the hike to the 4th switch back provides unbelievable views of the Valley.
