Nice houses, it used to be the best upper class residential area. Now it's gated, so only if you are going to a specific address you'll be able to go in. Near there it's the NORIA, nice little restaurant mall you can visit.

Especially for gringos, Guatemala City is not a very walkable place (lots of street crime). However, if you live close enough in Zone 14 you can go jogging or walking here. You'll probably see other joggers, and you can enjoy the trees and nice houses....More
