We went in looking for coffee of all things, as we had been told the shop might have the whole beans my husband was looking for. This shop has something for everyone. They did indeed have coffee beans, but also beautiful artwork, jewelry, bookmarks, purses, incense, you name it, they have it. We spent about 20 minutes in the shop,... More

Was told by a lot of people to shop here for really nice selection of gifts.Carlton helped us pick out our gifts for friends back home with lots of patience and showed us a great deal of respect and kindness. It is worth a visit!

We ended up spending about 20 minutes in this shop, browsing and eavesdropping on the light-hearted haggling between three Chinese tourists and the owner. It felt like being in a comedy club - we were all laughing out loud by the end. The tourists manage to haggle a good price so when it was our turn to pay, the owner... More

I loved this small gallery. They offer many hand made items and work directly with the artists. The owner also is an artist, offering her jewelry for sale. The prices were similar to what we saw in the market. They also had hand made baskets which I did not see anyplace else. I loved this gallery so much I bought... More

Time for some shopping! That is where we found the best store in Belize! Back to My Roots! The owners, Carlton and Barbara, are amazing and I ended up making sure 3 more shopping groups went to their store! They have such an amazing variety in a small space. But they also know where everything comes from and how it... More

Seriously, This is the absolute best place to go for jewelry (for gifts). Most of it is hand crafted, and if its not, Mr Charles or Ms Barbara know exactly where and who it came from. Speaking of the owners, They're the nicest people you'll ever meet and i find myself happy to return there on that merit alone. Their... More

This store is one of the best in San Ignacio. I was especially impressed with their Amber jewelry. The amber is from southern Mexico and the owners turn it into beautiful, artistic jewelry. There is a wide selection and you can easily match up a bracelet/necklace, necklace/earrings,etc. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Prices are moderate and they take... More
