Just great !

In about an hour, you receive plenty of information, feed the iguanas, touch them, carry them, pet them and overall learn a lot about these animals ! A must do in San Ignacio

I think I am spoiled. It was a little pricey for what it is but... Its ok and worth doing. Seeing the hotel made it worth it. Also seeing the birds early morning w the tour would make it great.

This was awesome and worth the money! We learned so much about the iguanas and even got to hold some and see how they start their fighting with intimidation. What they are doing is an amazing thing. Tours are in English also. Would recommend.

My husband was the most excited to come here. I was a little hesitant. The conservatory is at the San Ignacio Resort. You have to walk to the back of the resort with your guide and are given some information before going inside. Be aware of the hours for the tours. We got there too late and before the lunch... The iguana conservation is a great little experience. The guide knew everything about his little iguana friends and cared so much about caring for each of them. I didn't hold a big iguana but the baby one was perfect!

Meeting the iguanas and the people who take care of them was fun. We took some great family photos. A nice one-hour break in the middle of our day around San Ignacio.

I would recommend checking this out if you have time. The tour started every hour when we were here in January and the money ($8US) goes towards the project, getting awareness, and protecting the iguanas. Our young tour guide was very knowledgeable and easily answered any question our group threw at him. You can expect to touch and hold adult... More

We had a great time on the "tour", learned about Iguanas and actually weren't scared on them! But don;t wear orange- it makes the male Iguanas aggressive!

Interesting up close visit with iguanas and medicinal tour. If you're in the area, it's not a long visit and a nice way to spend an hour.
