There was only four of us in the cave (including our tour guide). Amazing and our 10 year old loved it!

My husband, 7 year old son and myself loved this adventure. All the adventures were wonderful but this one was our favorite.

Most caves in Belize require a licensed guide. However, in St Herman’s cave, you are allowed to walk in 200 yards on your own, which is enough to let you fully descend into the cave and be in complete darkness (use your cell phone flashlights...More

Not really a fun cave as many others in Belize, so I recommend to visit other places instead. There is not much to see here

We went tubing in St Herman's Cave with our guide Rosa and another family. It was a wonderful experience. Rosa's knowledge of the geology and Mayan history of the cave greatly enriched the outing. Touring with a small group was a definite plus. At a...More

Being able to walk freely into a cave was really special. The hike in was easy and beautiful, filled with flowers and wildlife.

Learned some history too. Upside Down Tours was our guide. They were very helpful. Not for little kids who are afraid of the dark.

We were staying in Hopkins and had a rental car so decided to drive up one morning. When we got to the cave, there was a guide getting to take a couple who had pre-booked their tour. We were able to join them, so that...More

We had a nice tour here, it’s short and sweet. The guide was very good. You can contact them at the entrance to the park. After that you could go to blue hole and swim for a bit.

Dark. :) The self-guided trail goes in a couple hundred meters. There is a little water in that section (not on trail) and a few formations, but it is definitely and “intro” cave. There is a guided tour that goes in a... More
