Outstanding service from Rick and Terry!!! Our flight from Belize City was delayed two hours when the airport was shutdown for the "Royals" visit to Belize. They were in constant contact with us while we waited it out at the Belize City airport and without us asking, they took the time to deliver our groceries, that we ordered through them, to our rental unit and put the perishables in the refrigerator. Once we landed Rick and Terry was there to help us with our luggage and a cold beer to help us relax and get us on our way! Looking forward to renting from Coconut Carts next year!

Our TropicAir flight came in about an hour early, and Terry and Selena were completely accommodating. They brought our cart right over to the airport, and took our luggage ahead of us to our resort. The cart worked well and we had a great week zipping around the island.

I like booking my golf cart rentals with Carts Belize. I found their rates to be fair and they deliver. Carts are clean and operable and the representatives are professional and courteous. They provide 4-seater & 6-seater golf carts. You can even book online.

I highly recommend using Coconut Carts! Terry makes what could be a logistically tricky thing very easy and fun. He met us at the ferry to take our luggage to the house and came to get our luggage when we flew out. He also gave us recommendations and offered a service to take us for a great boat ride to another island. He and his crew are wonderful!

Outstanding service! Terry is knowledgeable, reliable, and courteous.
We spent 5 days on Ambergris Caye. Terry met us at the airport, he made sure our cart was working properly and we knew how to operate it. His team picked-up our luggage and whisked it away to our condo. We were free to explore.
We rode the cart up and down the Caye with no issues. On the day of our departure, Terry arrived promptly, picked up our luggage and escorted us to the airport.
You can use this service without hesitation. Terry will certainly take care of you.

Terry and his crew are amazing!! We came with 6 women and had an enormous amount of luggage!! Terry made it happen to our private house on the north end of the island! Great communication, excellent carts, and always prompt for times!!! We always use coconut carts!! Reliable, fair, and a good time!!

I highly recommend this company. We were a family of 4 who recently stayed at The Matachica resort near San Pedro. The owner of Coconut Carts delivered our cart to Matachica and picked it up after 4 days. Service was great and the cart was in great condition. Would definitely use them again! Very reasonable prices!

I’m certain the answer is yes. The owner is extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond with service. We flew into Belize City and took the water taxi into Ambergris Caye. He met us there with extra carts and helped us carry luggage for 16 to our rental. They did anything possible to make our trip amazing.

Good Morning... Coconut Carts Belize provides Third Party Liability Insurance and coverage under our Corporation - LLC #250. We do require a valid credit card imprint upon Cart Delivery for any incidental damage that the Driver or Drivers may do to the Cart. We do a checklist upon delivery and one upon departure. If Driver error like backing into something is noted then we do charge for damages with a provided invoice detailing the cost to say repair or replace a fender flare. Hope this helps. We have never had a problem at all with damaged carts thanks to our great Clients from around the world. Terry

Hi, Do you make credit card imprints? It is a great concern with identity theft.... A lot of Golf cart companies say on their web pages that they make copies of credit cards . Do you?

We do take a Credit Card as a Security Deposit upon arrival for any incidental damages to the Cart. This is our Policy. We do not Run Any Charges on the Card unless there is damage. We then destroy the information. We are the Number 1 Ranked and Rated Company in Belize and have never had a Problem. We have an outstanding reputation for Customer Service and are proud to be the only Company of the 60 on the Caye to be awarded the 2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence... and have been 3 years in a row since we opened in November of 2015. You can go to the Coconut Carts website and put in your travel times. The website will give you a breakdown based on that, I believe. But Terry, the owner, is very responsive, so he'll probably respond on this as well. But I'm pretty sure that is the case!

Belize dollar is pegged at 2 Belizean Dollars for every USD...all the time... And USD is accepted everywhere at the same 2-1 rate. Hope this helps...See you soon. Terry
