This is a great local park to visit while in Alpharetta with great spaces for walking, jogging, biking, tennis and other sports - baseball, softball, soccer almost anything. There is even an equestrian facility with events running during the good weather months especially.

There are many games played in the park so finding parking is not easy. Once we finally parked our car, we had a great time. Really liked the fact that there were clean bathrooms in the park because that usually is not the case.
Wills Park has something for everyone. I like to visit for the walking/jogging trail or to watch equesttrian and dog agility events. In addition there are baseball fields, tennis and basketball courts, at least 3 play ground areas, disc golf, a community garden, dog parks,...More

They do not normally have horses for children to ride. The equestrian center is used for horse shows and by local horse barns for events. If you are interested in riding there are many horse barns in the area that offer lessons. There are horse shows at Wills every weekend (except the 4th - horses and fireworks do not mix) from March til November. The shows are free, but the horses are not available to be ridden by the public.
