I could NOT relax here - there were way too many people competing for space. While accessibility to the 'burbs and major metro area is great, it's too difficult to paddle around.

Cherry Creek is a great place to get outdoors that is still close to the city. Trails are great for Cycling or Walking. Nice spot to go to when you only have an afternoon but need some outdoor time. Recommended.

It is a pretty good place to do kayaking and a very nice picnic spot, but if you have to do boating please pre-book the boats if you don't have one :-).
