this is a walk into the woods at 10,000feet. The surroundings are spectacular and the exercise can be as easy or as strenuous as you wish. It is memorable experience.

You can only drive in the late evening. The "bus in" was established to reduce traffic congestion out. You will be stopped at certain point if try to drive in during popular hours.

During summer Peak hours you must park at the Highlands and ride the bus in. The Highlands has a a huge parking garage.

Hotel Jerome in Aspen or any hotel in Aspen is close enough, by the way, hotel Jerome offers a free Mercedes SUV for your trip to the bells.
