We really enjoyed biking on this trail. We saw many walkers. It was so nice to ride our bikes without worrying about cars and the scenery was beautiful.

We began our hike to Avila Beach at the Sycamore Mineral Springs Spa. It’s a comfortable two mile hike each way to Avila Beach with beautiful scenery, creeks, and birds to enjoy along the way

This is a 1.5 to 4-5 mile walk or jog depending on how far you go. It is very scenic and can be crowded later in the day. We recommend early morning and a food break at the Market or Avila Gardens
