You can ride on these sort of things elsewhere and there is no real Disney theming, so I'd skip it if it isn't a walk-on, but it was a walk-on when we went so we rode it.
Fun enough for the kids, but the ride is short.

This is a quick ride where you sit in a jellyfish, and go 'up and down'. It is a colorful ride, and I chose to ride it since there was no line. It was cute.

The kids enjoyed this ride although there really isn't too much to it. Queue can get quite long and it isn't really worth much of a wait.

This ride comes in many sizes and themes, but in the end it gives you the elevate and dropping feeling you've probably felt before. Because this ride is so brightly colorful and exciting to watch dancing from afar, my kids are drawn to it. It is usually a short line, but does take a little longer for loading and unloading. It is not a priority for us, but our family still finds a way to ride it (especially when we walk by and see a short line). Keep in mind kids under 7 have to ride with someone 14 years or older.

This has always been a good, quick ride. The line is never long and the kids really enjoy it. The only drawback is some toddlers cannot ride because they are too small.

Jumpin' Jellyfish is a pleasant, though very short, ride. It only goes up fifty feet or so and is good for the whole family. I rather liked it even though I am not a fan of rides that go up.

Our five year old had a blast on this, but we think it is perfect for kids of nearly all ages, and the adults who are still kids at heart. The ride is colorful, and although it goes high it "falls" very slowly. Actually just like the underwater motion of a jellyfish, haha. Cute ride indeed.

Only my smallest one wanted to ride this ride on our latest trip (she is 8). It's very beautifully laid out, but don't expect this to excite older kids. Your little ones will likely feel thrilled by it though so give it a go if your kids are 7 or under

Jump in' Jellyfish is a pretty tame ride on Paradise Pier at Disney California Adventure. You're seated in "jellyfish" that go up and down a few times. It's especially cute for kids, but the ride is pretty brief time wise so that's why I took off a star.
