Have visited this several times over the years and still find it worthwhile but the use of the Fast pass is making it less so. We did not puchase these as it costs a bit for a family just to get in but others were...More

Magic! Fun! Everything you wanted in a theme park, and then some. Topped off with Disney Magic and customer service. Perfection!

I don't even think my kids were thrilled. We saw THREE characters available for pictures and one of them wasn't signing autographs. Lines are ridiculously long for what turns out to be underwhelming rides... I mean, who doesn't really know this. On the plus side,...More

Our family of three went on a Tuesday in June and it wasn't as packed. Most rides were less than 20 minutes waiting and overall it was fun for the whole family. Staff went out of their way to help and answer questions. Great fun...More

California Adventure Park was fabulous. Amazingly the wait for the more popular rides was tolerable. Longest wait was 60 minutes and the shortest was 5 minutes.

This is Disney second park in the area along with Disneyland. Its Disney should you expect more. Roller Coaster, Ferris Wheel, Water Flume ride. and so much more. If your kids love the Cars Movies, there is a whole land for them. Yes including Mater...More

We loved this park. Kids love the rides, parades, character dining and "world of color". We will definitely be coming back. It's magical for children and parents.

No trip to Los Angeles would be complete without a visit to DCA and Disneyland. There is something magical about the parks that can't be described. For the Disney enthusiast, DCA is a welcome addition to the Disney family of parks as one of the...More

It depends on how long you are staying and if this is your first time.I would not get a park hopper unless I would be staying more then 2 days. They do have fun rides for the little ones at California Adventure but because... More

family of 4(two adults, two 5 year olds), will be visiting Disneyland on Thursday May 18th. We will reach LA at midnight the night before after a 5 hour flight, I know we can't make it to park before 11am on Thursday. I already bought the tickets, but my question is what is best strategy to take rides around mid day knowing that the park is crowded. Moreover, is there any chance that we would be rejected at the gate considering park is full? Can you still get fast pass for rides later in the day?

It all depends on the ride you want to go on. But even if you go a little let you can still get fast passes in some of the rides. If you go a Thursday the chances being full are not the bad considering the weekend I wouldn't... More

How far is the nearest beach? Wondering if we go all the way to California if we can squeeze in a side trip to see the Pacific.

Whenever we go to Disneyland, we usually go to Huntington Beach. It is about 10-12 miles away and you can take one of the main drags all the way there with hardly any turns. On out last trip, we tried Newport Beach just to... More
