A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The staff and volunteers here needs an inservice on customer service. From our initial interaction with the staff telling us where to park till the end, it was 100% clear that the staff doesn't care about the people who take the time to visit but they do care about your money. I brought my 10 year old... More

Thank for your taking the time let us know about your experience. Another guest on the same tour as you gave our sanctuary and staff an excellent review, so I am sorry to hear you did not have the same experience as them. I am so sorry that no one acknowledged your daughter on her special day. We have a... More

Excellent tour guide and animal keepers! We went to celebrate a birthday in the family and I was very impressed at how much education about the animals they provided, as well as about the horrors that exotic animals in the US undergo. It is truly tragic, and I'm glad they are committing themselves to doing something about it! They are... More

As i was looking for things to do in Alpine as i'm a Imperial valley resident, i found this place online and for veteran's day weekend, i had to check it out. The staff was so nice and friendly. Thank you girls for giving my girlfriend a lift throughout the area. The animals are well fed and and the staff... More

I actually helped build the tiger enclosure here back in 08 I think it was. I've been out of country since then. I can't believe how big the Lions got! I remember when they were young and would "chase" me when I'd look in on them during my breaks. I'm glad this place is still going. I'd love to show... More

There are several options to choose from, but we chose the $500 for 2 encounter to feed all the wild residents on the property - an experience like nothing else to be safely close to these majestic, powerful beings. One of the most worthwhile expenditures of my entire life. Bobbi Brink & staff are doing incredible work in this beautiful... More

This sanctuary for Lions, Tigers & Bears is humbling. Similar to a private showing at a zoo, we were close enough to feed these powerful animals, and we did! Their friendly staff educated us on the history of each species, and answered any questions that we had. A very pleasant (but hot, July) day...check weather, but bring water - this... More

Bobbi Brink does amazing work with rescued exotic animals. Her organization provides visitors with up close visits, animal stories (and many are heartbreaking), and evidence that she allows these amazing creatures to live out the rest of their lives with care and dignity. This place is amazing. Definitely do the "feed an animal" tour if you can. I donated my... More

I was late by 30 minutes getting there. Thank goodness I had already electronically signed the disclosure. Employees and volunteers there were great at catching me up to speed with the rest of the group. I paid for the opportunity to feed one of the residents, and I chose the leopard. It was a great experience. They have a guest... More
