Great little place in the middle of the Ozarks. Beautiful setting and nice ride getting there. The wine was first rate and the ladies at the tasting counter were very friendly and helpful. The muscadine wines are by far the best in my uneducated opinion and the Blue Parachute was a delightful surprise. They have a little restaurant but I... More

Spent the day in the Altus wine country region, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by all, but none more so than Post. A well laid out building, excellent selection of wines and a full tasting menu. Their restaurant was small but had a nice selection for the season. All in all, a very enjoyable visit.

It was so hard to choose what we wanted to sample. As we selected wines to taste, the server was knowledgeable and guided us from there. There were so many good wines, it was hard to choose. We ended up selecting the Sugar Moon & the Pink Muscadine. The only disappointment was not getting a tour of the winery. Would... More

Post Familie Winery has a very nice location for wine tasting, merchandise and lunch. We enjoyed 3 free wine tastings and lots of tips and information on their type of wine.

If you enjoy wine, wine tasting, or are interested in a family business operation, that produces an excellent product, this is a place to visit. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the product and production. One feels more like a guest and not like tourist. The consideration of the children is a very nice touch with grape juice tasting.... More

The store and tasting bar is very clean and organized. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. If we had known they had a small restaurant we would have eaten there. No Charge for wine tasting and you could try as many as you wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed out visit.

The tour is amazing. Our guide was very nice and took time explaining everything. There was grape juice tasting for children and a nice pleasant atmosphere.

The Post Familie Winery is very good. It was the busiest winery on the Arkansas Wine Trail. It is definitely set up for tastings, although I sometimes prefer a more laid back atmosphere. The wines were very good. They have a large selection and we were able to taste a number of wines for free. They also do tours, which... More

Post Familie Winery has recently expanded and updated its retail space and added a small restaurant in the back. it's a very clean winery with lots of things other than wine for sale in the retail shop. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

I was visiting family in the area and we decided to visit the winery. I love the decor inside; even the bathroom was beautiful. They sell all kinds of little things that you can't live without...unless you have some restraint. Things like napkins with wine related sayings; magnets for the fridge; toggles for wine stems; and, of course, glasses and... More
