Stayed one block away from the museum and lived the architectural design. The building reminds me a lot of Roman architecture with the huge columns at thd front. Well worth stopping by even if for only a few pictures.

This one of the best highlights of Washington. Visit this gallery and take a free guided tour. An awsome experience. Not just the portraits but also the architecture is beautiful.
