Penn Quarter is situated between Pennsylvania Avenue and Chinatown. Many locals considered Penn Quarter is the west of Chinatown (Verizon center) to Penn Ave with new buildings (office and residential). This is a great place of DC to stay and visit with all their museums and WONDERFUL restaurants. We hardly left the Penn Quarter area.
