This building is one of the more dimly lighted but it provides a good night time photo. Its also good at night because they're no cars parked in front of it, you get obstructed view.

Queen isabella the catholic is just in front of this stunning building that has the flags of all american states (not talking about US states, but actual countries) represented. The patio is wonderful, and provides some shade and you can see some rare tropical plants.

This building is pretty, but be aware there's no museum or tour to be taken. Feel free to walk around the pond and gardens in the back, though! Not worth it if you're only in DC for a short stay.
