I sat for a bit and enjoyed some afternoon sunshine in this lovely well tended garden. Peaceful and colorful in spring.

We were drawn to this garden by the beautiful magnolia blooms. All of the trees were in full bloom when we were there, such an amazing place to take visit and take pictures.

Most, not all (the Newseum, for one, one of the best museum's in DC) museums are free, however, all Smithsonian-related museums, which are US-government sponsored, are free. These gardens are part of the Smithsonian. Enjoy.
