Loved our visit to the exciting muesum. We were there on a Sunday morning and it was jammed packed with people. Mostly young families enjoying all the hands on activities. Be prepared for the long security lines as you enter the building.

You can't get better than a free museum visit! Consider paying for the planetarium and iMAX shows to give them your support. We loved the educational experience in the planetarium!

Went to Washington to visit this museum-make sure to visit the two locations. I loved the space exhibits the best-Apollo 11 module, Space shuttle,Viking lander and Voyager spacecraft to name a few

If you love like me everything concerning air and space, this is the place for you!!! Long crowds, but amazing. I would suggest to visit the museum during the week days or in the early morning in the weekend. Incredible

This is a wonderful museum, but there was one huge problem I had. Going to the museum, you have to go through security, which is fine by me, but a security guard got me really mad. I go and put my stuff down to be checked and I was waiting to go through the medal detector. She (the black security... More

Cool things to see here. Didn't quite live up to the hype in my opinion, but I do live in Florida and have been to NASA. Many people think it's the best museum in DC.

I came here many times as a child, and visited again last July. The exhibits were exactly as I remember, which was nice at first for nostalgia purposes. However I would have liked to see more updated exhibits, with more of a look towards the future and what lies ahead in space exploration.

Terrific! We were all jet-lagged so the kids found the guided tour a bit trying, but us adults found it fascinating. Thanks Steve!

This museum will satisfy your curiosity if you ever wondered about space, air travel and the links in between. You could easily spend the entire day and still not see all there is to offer. Go see this wonderful museum. You'll be glad you did!

Highly recommend it - especially if u have kids! The 3D IMAX is great and so are all the exhibits. The theater serves alcohol even, just wish we had more time, but there is so much to see in D.C.
