Great for lazy daytime drive. Didn't stop at any of the buildings due to time. just drove around island and read the information signs. Great history and scenery. Plan to go back and visit the museums.

This is a wonderful education site for adults and children. There is a museum, archaeology area and great tours by archaeologist and park rangers. We spend several hours there. The site is lovely location on the river with wonderful views and beautiful breezes.

we visited Jamestown in late March and the site has been maintained to give you a good understanding of the life of the early settlers. Worth a visit.
