Thoroughly enjoyed this flat, scenic ride. We parked in Bristol park and enjoyed the ride along the water and through the greenery. We ended in Bristol with a walk around town and enjoyed dinner at a waterside restaurant. One of my favorite cycling paths.

The EBBP is easily one of my favourite things about PVD. It is a mostly flat easy ride, with a section or two that goes uphill for a short period of time. Great scenery, occasional salty ocean breezes, and over 14 miles of fun-riding. The...More

Rode my bicycle from Roger Williams University (near Mount Hope Bridge) through Bristol to Warren to the East Bay Bicycle Path and onto Riverside about 12.2 miles. For those of you a little braver (or fool hardy) than me, you can ride your bicycle across...More

This ride in Rhode Island is a favorite. Not the longest, not the most strenuous, but definitely the most scenic. There are numerous intersections with public roads. Vehicle drivers are extremely courteous. There is very little signage on the path. If you had an emergency,...More

Had a beautiful day to do this trail and enjoyed it very much. Started in Providence and rode to Bristol, had lunch and rode back. The trail is easy to do and flat, with the exception of 1 or 2 small hills. As others have...More

We traveled from Bristol along the path 8 miles to Barrington. It's a nice flat trail but the lack of maintenance has left so many bumps from roots and cracks that it's more like mountain biking. Never mind the loose wood planks on either of...More

Participated in a group ride on the rail trail. It was very scenic, flat and wide. The trail had quite a few tree roots poking through so you had to keep your eyes on the trail to prevent falling. People are very friendly and courteous....More

Took us about 1.5 hours in each direction, there are many stops at intersections. The path can be crowded with other cyclists and families with kids, but chill out and realize that your are not training for the tour de france and enjoy the day....More

This is a great bike path for anyone in reasonable shape. There are no big hills, nothing that will require anything more than a moderate level of riding. The path goes through many towns from Providence to Bristol, passing through wooded areas and by the...More
