We thoroughly enjoyed the ferry trip to and from Kelley’s Island as well as the golf cart tour of the Island. Along with stops in a couple of the shops and time for lunch, it all was a wonderful day in a beautiful area!

If you're trying to decide which Ohio island to visit, Kelleys has a nice, slower pace type of experience. We just had our second visit to the island, and it is very relaxing. Nobody is in a hurry...each just enjoying their day. There is a variety...More

Decent time. However, there are few activities on the island. Except for drinking, there are plenty of places to drink. We visited the glacier grooves, ate, rode around the island with the 35 max speed limit and then got back on the boat. There is...More

This was an adequate experience with the family, but not worth the money spent. I just wanted to warn people of Uncle Dik's store - it was a general store type of place on the northern part of the island that sold ice cream. The...More

My daughter, sister, brother-in-law, and I took our mom/grandma for a summer outing to Kelleys Island and had a very low-key fun day. We parked at the lot in Marblehead, Ohio, and took the ferry across to the island. On the way there, we were...More

Live music, great food, and a sunset Fast friendly service, especially at the bar. Live music on the weekends. This is our favorite place on the island for a sunset over Put-in-Bay! The perch and walleye are always fresh and lightly breaded.

We took the ferry over and paid the cost. The cost ends up about the same as if you park on the mainland, pay for a walk on ticket and then rent a golf cart. The island is a little too big to walk. The...More

I visited the island this past weekend and really enjoyed the solitude, history, sites, and hospitality. There is something for all. Scenery, children's activities, winery, state parks, nature trails, glacieral grooves, fire on the beach, swimming, camping, restaurants, golf carts, biking, sailing, etc. The Island...More

The island is a bit pricey to get onto but it is cute and there are restaurants and ice cream places. The food is probably a little bit more expensive than usual but it isn't too bad. There are golf cart rentals which is a...More

We came for a day trip with our family. 7 adults and 2 children. We got a golf cart and went fishing at the rocky pier. Not a good place to fish for older folks. My in laws didn't feel safe fishing off the rocks....More

Yes, there is a ferry; they have a website... you can do a search for Kelly Island Ferry. The cost for adults (12 years +) is $10 each way. Discounts for seniors and children.
