This park is a must see! It is a lot of fun to go through the caves. Be prepared to get wet and be muddy! Unfortunately for us we couldn't find all the caves that were on the map. The map and the trail markers...More

Super cool place and an unexpected gem. Wish the trails were marked better and be map was more clear. We got lost for a bit but other hikers led us back.

My first trip to the caves! Some caves, lots of trails - but definitely worth it. Don't need to be an expert spelunker or anything - just need to be ready for some adventure. Dancehall Cave is tiny bit of Indiana Jones .... in Iowa!!

For us city folks, we were transported to a wonderland within minutes of entering the forest. Wished I had brought cheaper shoes though. Good, free "nature therapy" for our kids (ages 7-14).
