Need to drive carefully, But definitely worth it. Loved the views. Good trip even with young children. $5 for entry as well shuttle to the visitor center from the parking lot. There is a movie which is waste of time, didn't learn anything new. It's just a bunch of photos as a slideshow with a narration.

Took trip to highest point in Georgia. Roads were pretty snaky in order to get to this attraction but great scenery along the way. Arriving at visitor center you have choice to take steep trail or ride in a van up to the observation area. We opted for the van trip and a very pleasant driver took us up presenting... More

Good sized carpark, reasonable admission to the park. There is a bus up to the top as it is quite steep if you dont want to walk, i bussed up and walked back down. The views are impressive, in December it is very very cold though, so wrap up warm if youre going to the top. I was very limited... More

Brasstown Bald is definitely worth the walk to get up there. It's a steep incline up to the top but very well maintained trail and they also offer a free shuttle bus up and back down with paid admission.

We were there on a beautiful, clear day and we could see for miles. The observation deck is well maintained and they have a neat little museum on site as well.

It was too cloudy today to see anything, but I can't blame that on the park. The staff was very friendly. I hope we can return some day when it's clear. Also, if you do the National Park Passports, they don't do that since they are actually a state park inside a national forest, but they do have the round... More

Breathtaking views!! Very well worth the drive. The hike was definitely for somebody who is in shape but there is a shuttle bus to take you to the top!

This location was very family friendly. My kids and I hiked up to the top but my elderly mom was able to ride a shuttle van that ran frequently. At the top we got to enjoy beautiful views, watch a movie about the changing seasons on the mountain (which was quite interesting), and enjoy the museum. The kids and I... More

Some of the most beautiful views in Georgia! The short film is informative but you can skip it if you choose. It was pretty fun to match the mountain tops with the posted signs seeing North Carolina and Tennessee off in the distance.
