The very friendly staff were keen to offer advice and information. Best part was the free "hire" of two electric bikes. They are awesome and great for those few parts of the cycle paths with hills.

Our team of volunteers are local experts who love to help people discover our town. It sounds like you discovered quite a lot! We do have bike hire for a refundable deposit of $200 per bike. The Visitor Centre keeps a fleet of bicycles and there's another fleet at e-bikes r us (near Bathers Beach). The ping pong table and... More

This is a great place to go to get some ideas of what to see and do near Fremantle. However, it's not that easy to find, as it's nowhere near the train station or public transport. It's in the heart of Freo, and has some good information. The staff were friendly and kind. A good place to start if you're... More

Hi Merilyn Thank you for the informative review and I'm glad that you found us! Our long term vision is to expand our services to include 'roving volunteers' who provide visitor information at high traffic areas such as the train station. If you return, we might find you, before you need to find us! Happy travels. More

Friendly warm greeting upon arrival. Very thin room, hard to negotiate if you are with someone else and want to look at the same thing. Would help if the stands in the middle of the walkway were not there.
