Zakopane isn't that big so you own't need a guide. If your staying in Zakopane then you can take a taxi to the 'entrance' of Morskie Oko where you can either walk or get the horse and carriage ride. Enjoy!

There is car parking beside horse carriage, if I remember well it costs 20pln.
