This is really a special & unique place where the 2 seas meet, and having a sandy beach area to stroll, admire the sea, scenery & wildlife. Not to be missed this northern tip of Denmark.

Lots to see while walking to the tip of Denmark. Seals, WWII bunkers, boats. It takes about 20 minutes and there is an option to get on a bus but it costs around 30 DKK, and the walk isn't difficult, the sand is solid. It...More

A lovely strip of beach, with world war II bunkers at the edges. Seals, crisp air and the smell of the sea. What's not to love :-)

Amazing place for seeing the nature, seals, and enjoying the wind. The tractor will take you to the top, if needed. 5 stars.

Gorgeous place to watch sunset, moonrise, and the tides change. Spectacular natural beaches and birding.

Walked out to Grenen and took the Sandormen back. Well worth the hike along the beautiful beach. Lucky to see seals sunbathing on the beach.

Went at sunrise, only a few people including a photographers. Absolutely my favorite place in Denmark. Something magical about two seas meeting, one on the left choppy and the other on the right calm. And as a bonus a seal appeared and then dipped back...More

a nice place in the north of Denmark if you want to see how people disrespect animals (seals) by touching and surrounding them taking pictures. there are enough signs to tell you to keep a distance of 15m but no one cares.

We were here on a very calm day. Although we could walk out on the sand spit. the clashing of the North Sea and Baltic Seas would be far more dramatic on a windy day. Take the Sandormen to the land spit. Nearer the welcome...More

Take the "sandormen" to the end of the coast and walk back. Enjoy a glass of champagne at the restaurant and enjoy the magnificent view.

Weather can be rough, sometimes to the point of being dangerous - but in good weather it'll be amazing in winter, too. Just note that the sun sets much earlier in the middle of winter than in the summer. A lot of the fun... More

Hi We drove up and found it a pleasant trip. We were in 2 motorhomes so a bit slower than a car. But worth it. Enjoy.
