At first look this building seems funny or terrible. But if you look on the new college building and old Town hall building at the same time and from the correct viewpoint, both buildings create an unison ensemble.

Actually it has a terrible view and design. Thanks God Im not a student there. But as a tourist it is an interesting place to visit.
