The Town Halls sits proudly in the midst of the square that takes it name with the famous House of Blackheads opposite. It is an impressive building to be sure but with little of interest inside to the visitor.

The building is elegant. It is really one of the oldest buildings in Riga. Looking good even after some historical reconstructions.

Nice and super central building. Amazing at night. In the heart of the city, just impossible to be missed while passing by.

During a walk of the old town, we felt we had the cobbled streets to ourselves as there was hardly anyone around. This is a very grand building, heavily damaged during WW2, it has been beautifully restored.

Now it's a part of the whole town hall ensemble. Looking good even after some historical reconstructions.
