It's good to be able to go up to th viewing floor by lift and the views are very good. But 11 Euros for 3 floors is excessive. And they need to have info in English as they do in the whole of Riga

You can get up in the belfry of the church and experience panorama of Riga. Also it is beautiful from the outside as well. Furthermore, features a little exhibition inside.
