If you are interested in arts, here is the place. Entrance euro 3.50 and you can spend several hours in the building.

Great variety of Latvian paintings from traditional to modern. Beautiful surroundings, painted ceilings and excellent views over city from the terrace. However , there were glass floors on the top 2 floors which are not great for those who dislike them. ,
