Nice pedestrian street about a minute away from Majori railway station. It is also very close to the beach. There are lots of shops there and restaurants and cafes. We also took a look at the various small shops selling tourist memorabilia. It was very beautiful.

I was expecting the street to have something interesting, because it was a recommended site. There were a lot of places to eat and some street vendors.

Wide pedestrianized street. Lots of people and lots of tourist restaurants. No quality shops. There are so many beautiful houses and streets in Jurmala. But nothing much at all worth seeing in Jomas Stret.

Although it's not so busy in winter, you can still feel the Christmas vibe. There are some cafes, bars and restaurant open as well as musicians playing

This pedestrian street going through Majori has many shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and hotels.

Also, many beautiful buildings can be found here, although Juras street has more of them.

For a tourist, everything you need is here. It is advisable to book your hotel near this street.

Lots of restaurants and shops with a park area too. Several of the shops seemed to be more local and not just another outlet of a chain store. I found several lovely scarfs for gifts and some very delicate wool scarfs also. Nice place to take a stroll and window shop very early in the morning!

The main street in Jurmala that offers a wide range of activities starting from candy shops and traditional hand made product and souvenir stands to some of the most gourmet restaurants. Great place for walking and entertainment!

This is the main walking and shopping street in Jurmala. Normally busy during the weekends especially when the weather is good. However, the restaurants close very early even during the summer season, perhaps, the local tourism authorities should try to influence later last train departures to Riga to keep tourists longer in town. Also, there needs to be more events and activities on the street - food festivals, wine events, beer festival, artist night, street musicians, Xmas street, lights + stalls etc.

You can't miss this street, it is the main street and super close when you get off the station Jurmala Majori. Some lovely houses but some are hidden. My tip is to type Good Mood Hotel on Google Maps to take some pictures of a lovely house in light green. The way from Jomas Street to the beach also provides you with amazing houses of probably very rich people.
