The quarter is an old industrial area apparently, and you can still see the remains of one or two of the factories, but the rest has been revitalised and it is a now quite a trendy area with hotels, places to eat, to shop or...More

The Rotermann district has been revived with some excellent new architecture complementing the older industrial buildings. There are restaurants, cafes, bakeries, food shops etc. In summer weather it looks like there should be some nice pavement cafes. It is quite a small area to the...More

A former industrial area in the process of transforming, there isn't much there yet - a dew bars and cafés that offer a nice contrast to the nearby Old Town (a five minute walk away), but in truth it has a way to go yet...More

Visited Rotermann Quarter because of Kalev chocolate shop. It is a nice neighbourhood, however with all that snow and sleet it is a struggle to walk there. Could be cleaned a bit better though.

15 min from port and also from Old town. You should visit if you like modern architecture, there are several shops like Bershka, Stradivarius, Woman Secret and there are a lot of caffes.

Love the rehabilitation effort in the area. The old factory/warehouse buildings have been renovated to give them a new life. Other than the look, the distinct also offers quality shops and impressive restaurants.

if you love the stylish new architecture with old-factory vibe, the Rotterman Quartier is worth exploring. It’ s nearby the salt storage, built by C.B. Rotermann in 1840 where now is architectural museum with its interesting exhibitions. Close to Old Town!
