if you love the stylish new architecture with old-factory vibe, the Rotterman Quartier is worth exploring. It’ s nearby the salt storage, built by C.B. Rotermann in 1840 where now is architectural museum with its interesting exhibitions. Close to Old Town!

A beautifully converted industrial area of town. A nice break from the Old Town, this area has many bars and restaurants with a contemporary, fashionable feel. Easy to access with pedestrian lanes, you can eat and drink at very many places, safely away from traffic....More

Rotermann is an example of how an old industrial place close to the city centre can be revamped and become a designated area for restaurants, bars, hotels and shops

This modern area next to Old Town has many dining and drinking options to offer. It is worth walking in the streets of this little neighborhood to uncover interesting architectural pieces, that really contrast with the other Tallinn ecosystem.

We felt like in a small version of Hamburgs Hafencity, Nice architecture, lots of flowers and people having dinner or shopping. Many shops especially for young people, I loved the estonian design house there. Fantastic free wifi Everywhere Not like in Hamburg

Area offers plenty of small restaurants and shops, here you support local small business, not global chains. Traditional...More

By chance our hotel was placed in the middle of the Rotermann Quarter :-) A lot of small modern food establishments and great architecture.

By the border to the old town you find this mystic cozy neighborhood, it’s feels old but modern, an almost falling apart building next to a fancy With with brands shops.. Really cool combination! Worth a visit if you are in Tallinn .
