The exhibits provide a fascinating glimpse of the portions, concoctions and brews that were used in the past to provide hoped for cures for numerous maladies. It was interesting to learn that it's the oldest pharmacy in Europe to have served in the same premises,...More

This is the most beautiful pharmacy I have ever seen! They still have some of the old tools and potions, the interior is so charming! Take time to enjoy it and buy the chocolate that they sell!

Just off the main square, and free to visit, this is a quaint view of the past as well as an acting dispensary.

This is a cool - not to miss site where you can see some of the history of the town as it pertains to a working pharmacy. In existence since the medieval times.

Interesting pharmacy. Shows how and what was used in the old days. Exhibits are worth a look around. Located right on the square.

This is an antique apothecary, in a lovely old building. I believe this is one of the oldest drug stores in Helsinki. It is a museum of old medicines and interesting information.

The apothecary is easy to find since it is off the main square, opposite the town hall. It is worth a quick peek (and interesting especially to kids) if you walk by. However, no big miss if you do not have time.
