If you want to walk outside this is good for you. It does require good heath to be able to climb up. I think there would be more to see in the summer time there.

Must visit - you can take very nice photos here! Start your round trip at the Nevsky cathedral, it takes about 30-40 minutes.

This hill is where some of the major attraction of Old Town Tallinn is located. From the hill, you could have a great view of Tallinn old town, Tallinn Harbour and Tallinn Bay.

You really should do this at least once - climb up to the Toompea Hill to see the whole Tallinn lie down on your feet! Also, the walking route to Toompea from the Central Square is really beautifull. Not to be missed when in Tallinn.

You can climb the hill either by stairs over the city wall, or by walking round through the old town. I would recommend the first time you go into the old town to go by the city wall. You will emerge at a old square with the most amazing view over the old city.

One should not miss it. The view from up there is wonderful. (I´ve been there in winter time and liked what I see. Can imagine what it´s like in summer/ spring time on a clear day).
