A great place to return to see medieval time, I would certainly recommend the free walking tour to learn about Estonia and the Old Town, there are plenty of places to eat.

Enjoyed the old buildings, and the overall ambiance of the UNESCO heritage site. Also very sobering to think about loss from bombings during the last world war.

Tallinn really is a tale of three cities, the modern, the communist block and the old. the old is well worth a look around, full of beautiful lanes and streets with some lovely shops and bars.
